I'm like I'm done, here it is. She is so unhappy and starts eating and complaining about how long I took to make it and how I am so slow and how I still have to learn to do things right and how I'm incapable of providing her a happy breakfast etc...etc. At this point my blood is boiling....On top of making her breakfast and trying to do something nice, this ***** wants to complain on how I could not do it according to her standards! I just want to scream and say SCREW YOU *****, YOU DESERVE NOTHING! But instead I control my temper and tell her to stop nagging for which she explodes like a latent volcano and starts yelling at me and throwing stuff and acting like a psychotic poodle! I try to reason with her and tell her to calm down and she slaps me!!!!!!! At this point I lose my temper and start yelling too (I really wanted to slap her back but obviously I can't slap my mom). She tells me I'm a ***** and needs to be treated like one and she will make sure she will put me in my place blah blah...She says this was the reason my dad does not like me. WOW. I mean really?? My dad (another son of a gun) din't care about her and left her and because i was closer to her left me too) but to bring this on me like this and that too for what..trying to make her bloody breakfast??!! I had to remind her that he left her too and not just me. Now she is not talking to me and still is fuming and calling me names. So who is right...me or her? What should I do? Crazy Step Daughter What The Hell to do With her?

My ex husband got killed in Iraq 4 years ago and only had life insurance which he left 20% to his daughter from his first marriage and according to his well it say to pay the child support till his daughter is 18 and her expenses from tutor and buy her presents on birthdays Christmas etc. He didn’t have any contact with his ex wife 2 years prior to his death since she moves around a lot from state to state. So she sends an email every time she changes her address which is 2 times a month to send the child support so I been doing that. Now his daughter is 18 years old and showed up on my door and just like her mom, dropped out school and has no job and all she cares about is money so she asked the rest of her money and the lawyer gave her which is 3K and the lawyer gave it to her and she is pissed. Almost 4 months ago i was in the process of purchasing a house. I signed the contract but down a thousand dollars for earnest money and had the inspection done. The sellers had a lot of hidden problems with the house starting with the couch covering the wall that had mold. The furnace did not work, the duct work on the home did not even go through the whole house not to mention there was probably about 4 vents through out the whole house! The inspector advised me that there is at least 30k worth of work on the property.Considering my loan has to be fha approved and the property was not i sign the cancellation form but the sellers are refusing to sign it. My attorney has been trying to reach them and after 3 months they finally came to the conclusion the would release 500 dollars to me and keep the rest!!! They aren't entitled to any of it and i would like it all back can anyone help me get my money back!!! I was going to take them to court but according to my realtor and attorney its not worth it considering i would be losing alot of money With attorney fees and court fees. I was considering trying to put a stop to the cashier check but i don't know if the bank would be able to do that. Any advise? Thank you

I have two groups of friends that don't like each other. All of both groups like me. Group A are really fun to hang around with like if your with them your always laughing. And even though i'm not completely part of there group I don't ever get left out. Group B contains my very best friend. For rendering purposes, it's true that the CPU and RAM is more important than the GPU. Consequently, the GPU and RAM is more important than the CPU for gaming. Why won't Final Cut Pro open!?

I'm using a Mac pro. Yesterday I installed the Final Cut Pro 7 and tried it out for the first time, everything was ok, but later on that day, when I tried to open it again, it didn't open, it showed that FCP's starting up and stuff, then it made me enter my password, after that, the choose setup dialog appeared, but it was not clickable! I was unable to close the FCP so I had to go the activity monitor to force it quit. I tried to open the app again, the same thing happened except the choose setup dialog didn't appear. Once awhile that dialog would appear other time it did not. I don't know what's going on! Any one has any idea please help me! I've cleared the preference and stuff but nothing did seem to work! Please help!

I'm not sure what you mean by "Christian rights". Do you mean Christians who are politically right-wing? As for Evangelicals, yes, you can find them in Baptist churches. I believe the Nazarenes are also Evangelical, as are many other types of Protestants. Pentecostals in their many different varieties are generally Evangelical, as are some of the Reformed Churches. There are Evangelical Lutherans out there, too.

They want to preserve their culture and since those countries have more natives living there it's easier to keep them. Our country consists of different nationalities from all over the world. During my last trip to Puerto Rico, I discovered that my Mom used to be a devote Pentecostal (all of her family still is). Got a serious questions for everyone!!!?

My boyfriend of 2yrs has been talking to his ex-wife of 8 yrs on the phone. Mostly texts and the one I've read was completely platonic. She has been diagnosed with cancer and going through a rough time obviously. The only problem I have with this is that he kept this from me and wasn't up front about it. They were going to make dinner plans according to these texts and I was completely unaware of this. When I confronted him about it he said he was trying to not get me upset because he thought I would have gotten pissed. I asked him why he was doing this because she treated him very badly and he said because he feels empathy for her. She has a son (not biologically his) and is going through hell and back. I asked him to be honest with me and let me know what is going on from now on with this situation and he agreed he would. What do you guys think? If not, then you may need to wait because without real connections in the publishing business publishers will not listen to you. My question is, what is their motive? On their website they said they they would never pray for a damned soul (aka "fag") but at the same time if a gay person came into their church, they would basically accept them with open arms and teach them "the right ways". My fiancee and I are having our wedding and wedding reception at his baptist church. We are going to have the reception in his fellowship hall since we can not afford to spend thousands of dollars on another location. Hi,I used to be overweight (weighed about 160 lbs) when I was 14 my height is 5,10. Anyone heard of a Avenir 2100 (manufactured by Raleigh)?

I just bought a bike. I didn't really know what I needed so I just tried a few and picked the one that "felt" the best and was big enough. When I got home, I looked up the name on the bike, and it is as if it doesn't exist. According to the Owner's Manual that came with it, it is made by Raleigh. On the bike itself, it says "AVENIR" in large letters on the lower bar, and 2100 on the upper bar. It's a men's bike, 18". Has anyone ever heard of this bike? I looked on the Raleigh USA and Canada website and it's like it's not even a real bike! NOBODY has reviewed it anywhere. I want to know if I made a bad choice (it was between this one and another one which was "Norco" brand). I can return it for a few weeks, and it came with one year written warranty. What can I do to stay in the area that I am very good at and keep my distance from the coworker and the manager? Also, I just filed a report about the incident and I was told at least twice in the meeting that "if I am believed" something would be done. It is my word against his and according to my other bosses no one has ever complained about this particular employee but me. I know that is a lie because everyone talks about how this coworker is. Can I lose my job over this? Can the company move me instead of him because he has been there longer?

The dress is really nice and it will look good on you because you are slim. as for the tan spray, i think you should do it, but only a little. also find a way to hide the freckles, as only mainly really pale people have them whereas darker skinned people don't so you will look weird with darker skin and freckles, or maybe you could just put a little less spray on your face (only a little so it's not noticable that it is different from the rest of your body)

Can a landlord counter sue me?

I am thinking of suing my ex-landlord for not giving me a an itemized deduction list within the 14-day time limit according to Washington State guidelines. I received a partial payment with no explanation. I went through the Better Business Bureau to get a response from the Apt. complex and they told BBB that they gave me an itemized list. They faxed over a copy of my 1-year contract along with a letter to the BBB in which they explained the deductions in the letter (they didn't fax over the itemized list, just an explanation in the letter), along with telling the BBB that they were nice enough to not charge me for the 2 days I was there (I moved out on the 2nd of the month). I gave the apt. complex the 20-day notice to move out notifying them that I was moving on the 3rd. The landlord showed up at my door on the 1st of the month and told me that if I didn't move out on the 2nd, that he would charge me the full month's rent. If I sue them, can they counter sue me for the full months rent or anything else? Thank you.

My boyfriend and I had sex right after my period. We used a condom and he did not ejaculate. There may or may not have been Precum. The condom did not break and there were no holes in it because we filled it up with water after and it did not appear to leak. I think I ovulated but I am not sure.
