Having problems with extension .fcp?

I downloaded a video we did in my video and film class from Final Cut express (they have Apple computers at the school) onto my flash drive & now that I am home I tried to watch it on my computer + download it onto Youtube but its not working. Can someone tell me what I should do or how I should maybe convert it? idc about the quality i just really want to watch it (I have Windows Media Player). PROMISE 10 POINTS and I'll answer something for you I really want this to download. Thanks!
