Christians help me out here?

ok so my friend whos a baptist she keeps saying that everything on this earth is God plan like murder rape sickness disease its all his plan!! so i asked her if killing my parents would be gods plan and she said yes it would everything we do is his plan!! but its wrong because god is love he is good and just and never evil but its the devil and she replied that why doesnt he just kill the devil and make everything good if hes god!! i know god doesnt plan evil but the world is cursed can u please help me out here!! thank you
